How we work

A production plan built around the story

Every engagement begins with a practical conversation about what you are making and what success looks like. We then recommend the crew, schedule, production approach, and deliverables that fit the brief—without forcing a one-size-fits-all package.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery & scope

We clarify the story, audience, format, schedule, deliverables, and budget range before the work begins.

  2. Step 02

    Pre-production

Our team builds the plan: creative development, crew recommendations, scheduling, locations, shot lists, and production paperwork.

  3. Step 03

    Production

We assemble the right on-set team and keep the shoot focused, collaborative, safe, and aligned with the approved plan.

  4. Step 04

    Post & delivery

Editing, sound, color, review rounds, and final exports are organized around the platforms and formats your project needs.

Common questions

Planning a production

What kinds of projects do you support?

We support narrative films, documentaries, music videos, branded content, and digital projects. The first conversation is used to confirm whether the format, schedule, and scope fit our team and network.

Can you help with only one production phase?

Yes. We can discuss a focused need such as paid crew sourcing, production support, or post-production, as well as a coordinated project from planning through delivery.

How are schedules and budgets set?

We build them from the brief, shoot days, locations, crew and equipment needs, post-production, review rounds, and final formats. We provide a scoped recommendation instead of publishing a one-size-fits-all package.

When should I get in touch?

As early as practical. Early contact gives us more room to evaluate availability, locations, crew, and post-production needs, but we will still assess projects with a developed plan or a nearer deadline.

Tell us what you are building

Share the format, goals, desired timing, and any known budget range. We will respond with the questions and next steps needed to shape a realistic production plan.
